One of our portfolio companies TrashIn is on a mission to usher in India’s clean revolution and as part of building their team, they are looking to hire a Field Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will street smart and should be capable of building a loyal Partner network in the assigned region.

Responsibilities
- Scout for potential partners in the designated region
- Onboard the partners onto Trashin’s Biz mobile-app based platform
- Recruit partners into Trashin’s trusted network by inviting for events, sharing product updates, creating a community etc.
- Train customers to use the app and initiate transactions
- Identify potential procurement and sales opportunities from partner network
- Build a strong relationship with partners in the region on behalf of the Trashin brand
Qualifications & Skillsets required
- Class 12 pass/ Diploma/ Bachelors in any field
- Industry specific experience in waste management/ recycling is a definite plus
- Strong negotiation skills apart from a knack for sales
- Ability to converse in multiple languages (at least 2) – English/Hindi/Kannada/Tamil
Remuneration
- INR 16000 – 21000 + fuel reimbursement + performance based incentives
The chosen candidate for this role will be reporting to the CXOs’ office at Indiranagar, Bengaluru.
